As a Sales Consultant, you’ll help guests find the right vehicle by showcasing features, building relationships, and guiding them through the buying process.   • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Greet and connect with guests to understand their needs

  • Showcase and demonstrate vehicles with enthusiasm and product knowledge

  • Present options and guide guests through financing, trade-in, and purchase details

  • Deliver vehicles with a world-class experience that inspires loyalty

  • Stay sharp on the latest models, features, and trends

  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and follow-up system

  • Participate in training and sales meetings to continually level up
